The personnel is amiable and extremely friendly. The atmosphere is quiet. The location of the hotel is excellent, adjacent to Venice, Milan, Verona, and Brescia. The double room overlooks the inner courtyard and includes a coffeemaker and a refrigerator.

Its location was very central, 200 metres from Castello. The rooms were fantastic and mine was impressive with comfy beds, large bathroom, as example. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, always on hand when needed.

I had a double room with windows overlooking the inner courtyard and an exceptionally comfortable bed. I thoroughly enjoyed the dining room during breakfast. - the hotel is very near Lake Garda, offering beautiful views of the lake.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. It's conveniently located in the center of the city with three restaurants in Le Vela shopping center, making it easy to find something to eat. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms with good air conditioning offer a stunning view. The breakfast included is a plus and offers a good selection of items.
No negative aspects to report, our stay was great.
