The bathroom had a noticeable mold problem, especially in the shower area, which was off-putting. Also, the top-floor access involved navigating long, windy corridors and staircases, making it inconvenient for those with mobility issues.

I stayed here and was utterly unimpressed. The bathroom was so small that I felt closed in. For the price I paid, surely they could've done better. Also, I really expected a room upgrade after that awful first night. Almost left a good review, but you just can't overlook these things.

The location of the hotel in the pedestrianized old town was fantastic, allowing us to explore smart shops nearby. Plus, the hotel had a charming character and friendly staff, making us feel very welcome.

My wife says that the bathroom setup for families could use more privacy.

We got a huge surprise with a sweet upgrade to a spacious suite upon arrival, making our short stay feel so special! We enjoyed our 7-night stay in a junior suite which was spacious and perfect for our needs. The trattoria offered a great variety of tasty dishes, and the staff were incredibly helpful, even giving us a free room upgrade. Breakfast had plenty of options to energize us for exploring the area. The only thing I think they could improve on is the worn carpets in the corridors that could use some updating.
